McDowell Estate project was a historical project that the installer and Elite Fence worked closely with to create a historic aesthetic look. Panels and side fence were custom designed to tie a taller Zip Track gate to a fence line that was shorter. The single swing gate added for privacy and security. Elite worked closely with our client and the McDowell’s to have their design and Elites manufacturing capabilities come together.

This was a great project, as Elite Fence products were utilized to not only provide property boundaries, but also create an impediment to backyard pool access. Being a fairly affluent community, having Elite Fence products featured in this way has spurred interest from other members of the community. Neighbors have been able to identify that not only are residential aluminum fence products by Elite Fence a practical necessity, but also an extremely attractive solution.
